  • Maintain a Significant Controllers Register to be accessible by law enforcement officers upon demand

  • The contract period of this service is one year.

  • Kindly note that A company must designate at least one person as its representative who is Hong Kong resident to provide assistance relating to the company’s SCR to a law enforcement officer

  • You should provide us with any changes done in company within 7 days.

  • We will send you reminder a month before the contract expires. If the contract is not renewed before the contract expiry date we will resign as the designated representative.
