Send you the receipt confirmation

After the Return is accepted by the Companies Registry which is usually a week time, we will send you a copy of the Official Document for your reference and records.

Kindly note that Annual Return carries obligation of fees payment and if not submitted on time, the Companies Registry will impose the penalty.

The annual return need to be received by us with Original signatures within 30 days after the Anniversary Date of the Company's Incorporation to avoid any penalty.
