Refund policy

Since we are a service provider and we act immediately on the instructions to prepare documentation and in some cases we have to pay the government fees at the time of document submission.

 

We hope that this situation will not arise as you will cancel the order once it is defined but still in the case where you would like not to proceed with the completion of the documentation, we will deduct HK$ 500 together the bank charges (on the amount you paid and on the refund amount we will pay) as our document preparation fees and refund you the balance amount.
