Preparation of the Documentation and email for your signatures

Once received a signed copy in Original from you, we will arrange a meeting on video call

We will arrange to submit documents to the Companies Registry and Inland Revenue Department & send you the receipt confirmation

After the document is accepted by the Companies Registry which is usually a week time, we will send you a copy of the documents submitted along with the Certificate of Name Change along with Business Registration Certificate with new address for your reference and records.

We will receive the company mail from government offices. Store the physical mail for 1 year. We will forward the mail as per your instruction

We will also prepare the statutory records and email you to keep at the registered address. For this you need to provide the copy of the all the documents submitted to Companies Registry or you can select Preparation of the Statutory Records service provided by us..

The contract period of this service is one year.

Kindly note that if you are found using the address after the contract expires we will act as specified in the terms and condition.

The amount paid do not include the Business Registration renewal fees paid to the Government which is HKD 250

We will send you reminder a month before the contract expires. If the contract is not renewed before the contract expiry date we will stop accepting the mails
