This service includes

Preparation of the Documentation and email for your signatures

Once received a signed copy in Original from you, we will arrange to submit to the Inland Reveune Department for no objection along with the Government Fees

Send you the receipt confirmation

After we receive the no objection which takes about 1 month if tax matters are clear and Business Registration Fees is settled, we will send document to the Companies registry

It takes around 3 to 4 months for the Companies Registry to dergister the company

Once the company is deregistered we will email you the Companies Registry Letter for your record.

Kindly note that till the company is deregistered you need to follow the annual compliances, like filing Annual Return on time. (not included in the service)
