This service includes

  • Only the documents available on public domain can be Apostilled

  • There are two parts in this process, first we need to certify the document from the respective department i.e Companies Registry or Inland Revenue Department and then we need to Apostille from Hong Kong High Court

  • We shall apply for the certification and pay the charges.

  • The Hong Kong High Court fees for Apostille is HKD 125 for each page. Incase, you wish to have all pages apostille, please multiply by the number of pages of the document.

  • The department will notify the date of collection, we will email you the date and the receipt for your record

  • After collection we will submit the documents to the Hong Kong High Court.

  • Once the document are ready we will collect and email you for your records

  • We can arrange you sending the original documents in Hong Kong for free.

  • Kindly note that whole process generally takes 5 working days but it may vary as depending upon the document requested
