  • The business registration (BR) fee in Hong Kong is an annual renewal fee. The BR fee is due on the anniversary date of your business or branch registration. You’ll get a reminder from the IRD about a month before the due date at the registered address of the Company. Please note that, if you don’t pay the BR fee on time, you may face penalties and interest charges.
